No decent chili oils or Asian condiments made available. Pearl Restaurant set us by the kitchen though there were nicer tables available. Last time I went I heard a little girl telling her family about the Kid Quest, 'PLEASE take me home! I want to go home!' over and over, and they left her there so they could gamble.
My loyalty and thousands my husband and I spend each year are obviously not valued here. My husband still had his $20 and he plays less than I do. When I inquired why, I was told (summary) that, 'Bob Almo decided you haven't been playing the way you usually play so changed the amount on May 3rd'. When I arrived, I found I only had $5 in free play. I was supposed to have that amount two times a week for the month of May. In addition, I was supposed to have $60 in 'free play'. In the time they've been open, I have only received two hand pays for a minimum amount required by tax law. Between the two of us we drop a cool grand per visit. My husband and I have been loyal to this entertainment venue since they opened.
